Front Desk Coordinator

Description:Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems. Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment. Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors
Manage the main phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate department, and taking messages when requested
Schedule appointments and meetings
Make travel arrangements
Order office supplies
Maintain Company calendar
Perform filing
Assist with set up and hosting on-site meetings
Provide additional administrative support, as requested

Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience working in an office setting, preferably interfacing directly with customers
Must have strong people skills
Must have excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and energetic
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions
